There is a strict policy of silence from 11:00 p.m. onwards. <\/p>\n\n<p>We are therefore <strong>not a campsite suitable for groups of adults<\/strong> on vacation. We strongly advise against adult group bookings in July and August, as you will be surrounded by families with children. We will only accept adult group bookings if you accept our quiet policy, and understand that you must be respectful of your neighbors.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Please note that we do not accept stag and hen parties on the campsite, and we make no exceptions in this respect.<\/p>\n\n<p>For families travelling in groups, we limit the number of accommodations\/pitches to three families for the same reasons and we cannot accept more than three families travelling together.<br\/>Everyone is asked to respect the rules and regulations and the quiet hours at night.<br\/>At the end of your stay, each cottage is expressly requested to return the crockery to its respective accommodation.  <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"swimming-pools\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>Are swimming shorts allowed in swimming pools?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes, swimming shorts are allowed on all three of our campsites!   <\/span><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"swimming-pools\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>Can I use the water park at the other two campsites if I&#8217;m staying at one?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, both for insurance reasons and for customer comfort. Civil liability insurance will not cover a claim for someone who does not have a customer invoice at the campsite. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What&#8217;s more, our water parks are designed for the number of pitches on our campsites. Please note that we are in the mountains and the internet connection is not as good as in town. Therefore, when you book a pitch with us, please detail the size of your motorhome \/ tent or caravan and we&#8217;ll do our best to find the pitch best suited to your needs. If you&#8217;re not sure, please send us an e-mail.  <\/span><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"entertainment\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>What kind of events do you offer?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At all three campsites, we have a very family-oriented entertainment program aimed at families with children. It runs from Monday to Friday in July and August only. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For adults, our 3 campsites offer a range of physical activities such as fitness, yoga and gymnastics in the swimming pool during the day in July and August.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>In la Ravoire and lo Vel\u00e2jo: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We offer a small program of free activities with two animators from Monday to Friday during July and August, specifically aimed at families with children up to the age of 12. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have a kids&#8217; club (5-12yrs) Monday &#8211; Friday 10.00-12.00. In the afternoons, we offer activities for the whole family, including color runs, slide races, water polo, basketball tournaments and more.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the evenings, we have a concert every Wednesday night and a pool party with foam for the kids (until 10:30 p.m. maximum). Free introductory diving courses for children over 8 in the evenings and a weekly magic show, face painting and BMX bike acrobatics.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our entertainment program is modest, and if you&#8217;re looking for a campsite with late-night dance parties, camping La Ravoire et lo Vel\u00e2jo may not be for you!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>At les fontaines: <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The entertainment program at Les Fontaines is more complete and varied because the campsite is larger than our other sites. Nevertheless, the animation style remains very family-oriented, aimed at families with children up to the age of 16. At Les Fontaines, we organize p\u00e9tanque games, waterpolo for the over-13s, archery for the kids, bingo evenings, karaoke, just dance, etc.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A kids&#8217; club is available from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, for children over 5.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the evenings, we offer at least one concert a week, with a fireworks display every two weeks, magic shows, bmx bike shows and more.  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, it should be noted that we don&#8217;t organise entertainment evenings for adults, and that they never end after 10pm to preserve the peace and quiet of the campsite.<\/span><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"general-questions\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>Are campsites popular with other nationalities?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes, the La Ravoire and Les Fontaines campsites have a varied clientele from different countries, including England and the Netherlands. In high season, July and August, at La Ravoire, the French rate is around 10-20% depending on the week. In Les Fontaines, the French rate is around 40%, with the exception of the last week of July and the first week of August, when the French rate is around 10%.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reason is that at Lake Annecy, there are very few campsites with 4-star services such as waterslides, restaurants, etc. Our campsites book up very quickly, and foreigners generally book much earlier than the French. This means that when the French start booking around Christmas and January, there isn&#8217;t much availability. We try to have a mix of nationalities as we believe this provides the best atmosphere, but we are limited in our ability to stop online bookings from other countries! If you&#8217;re staying on our campsites in July and August &#8211; particularly in late July and early August &#8211; you&#8217;ll have to accept that there are few French guests on site.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Lo Vel\u00e2jo, we expect there to be more French people on the campsite this summer than at Ravoire and Les Fontaines because the campsite has no regulars and availability will always be there when the French book in January, so no worries about the above question at Lo Vel\u00e2jo for 2025!<\/span><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"general-questions\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>Is there a noise restriction?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes, our 3 campsites are quiet. We ask for total silence after 11:00 pm, out of respect for other guests. We have a security guard on the campsite in July and August at 11:00 p.m. who goes around to make sure there is no noise. Please do not be surprised or offended if you are asked to keep your voice down.   <\/span><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"general-questions\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>What are the arrival and departure times?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check-in time is from 2.00 pm for pitches and from 3.00 pm for rentals.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that receptions are closed between noon and 2pm. Annecy is accessible by car, bus, bike or boat, depending on your preferences.
