Please note that reception is closed between 12pm and 2pm. If you arrive earlier, you can check in from 2pm. Civil liability insurance will not cover a claim for a person who does not have a customer invoice at the campsite. <\/p>\n\n<p>What&#8217;s more, our water parks are designed for the number of pitches on our campsites. That&#8217;s why we don&#8217;t open them to outsiders, even if they&#8217;re staying on our other sites. <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"general-questions\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>How far is the campsite from Annecy?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        \n<p>Camping Lo Vel\u00e2jo is located 20 km south of Annecy, at the end of the lake. There is a strict policy of silence from 11:00 p.m. onwards. <\/p>\n\n<p>We are therefore <strong>not a campsite suitable for groups of adults<\/strong> on vacation. We strongly advise against adult group bookings in July and August, as you will be surrounded by families with children. We will only accept adult group bookings if you accept our quiet policy, and understand that you must be respectful of your neighbors.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Please note that we do not accept stag and hen parties on the campsite, and we make no exceptions in this respect.<\/p>\n\n<p>For families travelling in groups, we limit the number of accommodations\/pitches to three families for the same reasons and we cannot accept more than three families travelling together.<br\/>Everyone is asked to respect the rules and regulations and the quiet hours at night.<br\/>At the end of your stay, each cottage is expressly requested to return the crockery to its respective accommodation.  <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"general-questions\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>Is camping popular with other nationalities?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        \n<p>Yes, Lo Vel\u00e2jo campsite welcomes visitors from all over the world. July and the first two weeks of August are particularly popular with Dutch holidaymakers. <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"general-questions\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>Is there a noise policy?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        \n<p>Yes, we&#8217;re a quiet little campsite. We ask for complete silence after 10:00 pm, out of respect for other guests. We have a security guard on the campsite in July and August at 10:00 pm who goes around the campsite to make sure there is no noise.  So don&#8217;t be surprised or offended if you&#8217;re asked to speak in a low voice.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"swimming-pools\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>Are swimming shorts allowed in swimming pools?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes, swimming shorts are allowed on all three of our campsites!   <\/span><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"services-and-benefits\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>Are pets allowed?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you come to our campsite or rentals in April, May, June or September, pets are accepted at a supplement of \u20ac6 per night. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you rent a pitch during the summer, pets are also accepted with a supplement of 6\u20ac per night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, we do not accept pets in our rentals in July and August at our 3 campsites.<\/span><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-question\" data-categories=\"general-questions\">\n                    <div class=\"faq-toggle\">\n                        <div>Can we bring two vehicles for our stay?<\/div> <span class=\"faq-opener\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One vehicle is included in the price for each stay. We don&#8217;t offer any activities for teenagers. The majority of our customers are families with young children.
